GOODYEAR LAKE - Completed in 2003, this quaint cottage has a charming decor and is perfect for a small group of up to 3. Located on the 2nd floor of a small barn-style garage, this property has all you need. Take advantage of all the beauty Goodyear Lake has to offer as you relax, swim, boat and fish. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with pleasant lake views through the trees or on the patio below while enjoying the lush gardens meticulously maintained by your host. Lakeview Cottage will comfortably sleep 3 in one bedroom with a hand crafted queen bed and a twin bed.  The entire apartment is located on the second floor, accessed by an exterior flight of stairs with a landing midway up. This property is convenient to both Cooperstown and Oneonta and the baseball tournaments located in each town. You will be sure to feel relaxed when enjoying the waterfront and all the wonderful local wildlife.
